The amount is charged to the customer when ordering
PayPal and American Express
We can offer payment through PayPal Express in an integrated way. This allows the user to subscribe to the site and choose PayPal as payment method or to proceed directly with payment using an existing PayPal account. For those who are willing to pay with American Express card you can proceed quietly choosing PayPal as the payment method.
In case of out of stock the amount paid will be refunded via PayPal and send you a confirmation email
The purchased goods in the wrong color or size can be replaced after informing the customer within 7 days of receipt. They will not be replaced with damaged or wear of any type. We will not accept shipments on exchanges without prior authorization from London Clothing.
Procedure Change Goods
To start the procedure of a returnable proceed as follows:
– Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org inserting the phrase as a subject: “Change Request Goods’ followed by your order number that you can recover from notification emails received when executed the order, or by logging in with your email and password site, you will find all the details in your profile. Example Email: Request # 1234 Change Goods
– Describe in the email problem (wrong size, goods do not conform to the order, etc)

Shipping charges are always charged to the customer except in those cases where there has been an error in sending the goods from London Clothing.
Changes will be accepted only if sent by parcel traceable. For this we recommend the postage Pacco Celere 3 through Italian or any courier that provides tracking of the package.

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with an order, the unused item can be returned for size exchange, voucher or refund within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
The refund must be made with the carrier indicated in the email sent by London Clothing. The return authorization number must be written on the waybill, which must be filled as indicated in the email of authorization received from the department Returns London Clothing. (The Courier will bring a waybill at the time of withdrawal of the package).
There are 2 types of compensation:
When returning with voucher ship to return is free.
Once the return is received and processed, you will be sent to the client code of the total value of the returned items, to be used for subsequent purchases.
It can be used only once within 3 months from the time of the return

It must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value.

For orders paid by credit card the amount repaid will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. Timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system of credit card used.
For orders paid by Paypal or bank transfer the amount will be returned to the original account.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations can not be refunded.
The return shipment must take place within seven days of receiving the order.
